    • Direct SaaS and vendor governance, identity, and business systems across the organization's technology ecosystem
    • Built the organization's enterprise AI governance framework, including policy, risk review, and tool evaluation

    • Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external development partners to support scalable platform operations
